Purpose: When you send us emails or fill out our form for an informal coffee meeting, you may provide us with information that we use to contact you about how we, as an agency, may be relevant to you — as a potential client, employee, or partner. Your information is processed for the purpose of this follow-up.
What types of personal data do we process?
You enter this information yourself either on the website or in an email.
When you send us your information, it is securely stored on Kompas Kommunikation’s internal analysis and data servers in Denmark, operated by ISO 27001 and ISAE 3402-certified providers.
We do not store your data in publicly accessible databases, and your information will not be shared with others without your consent. All data access is protected with personal logins and two-factor authentication (2FA). Data is manually deleted when the purpose is fulfilled — either during our annual review or upon your request.
We do not use marketing cookies or third-party tracking on kompas.dk. Instead, we use anonymous statistics through cookie-free systems that do not collect personal data. This means you can freely use the website without needing to consent to cookies.

Right of access: You have the right to access the information we process about you and a range of additional information.
